Deposits 

When scheduling a consultation with House of Trichology you will be required to pay a £20.00 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your final bill. Should you need to reschedule your appointment the deposit will transferred to future appointments if the clinic is given at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling. In the event you need to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or for which clients are a 'no-show' the deposit will remain property of House of Trichology.
